Barrett is a seasoned solar partnership builder. He relishes learning about new equipment, technology, and the nuances of the thriving solar industry. He has led business development efforts in New England for CED Greentech. His professional path led him to join one of the top solar lenders, Mosaic, in 2017 where he forged and supported partnerships across the Northeast and Midwest. He currently serves on the board of the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE). He works tirelessly for his partners to ensure the highest level of service.

Tarunya Govindarajan (She/Her)

Tarunya is the Vice President of Product at Omnidian where she supports a talented and passionate team across Product, Program, and Product Marketing Management. She is inspired by Omnidian’s mission to protect and accelerate investments in clean energy, with a commitment to deliver an excellent client experience. 

With over 15 years of product leadership experience at Meta and several growth-stage startups, Tarunya brings a wealth of expertise in scaling products and teams. At Meta, she led the product team for Community Creators serving over 800 million users and previously founded Messenger Kids, Meta’s first successful 0 → 1 standalone app, taking it from idea to 2+ million active users. Prior roles include building one of the first education technology platforms, Edmodo, from less than a million to nearly 100 million users worldwide.

Tarunya holds an MBA from Stanford University and an undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from Dartmouth College. She lives in San Francisco with her family.

She brings over 20 years of expertise leading international customer service organizations focusing on innovation and employee engagement to provide world class customer experiences. Before joining Omnidian, Nuala began her solar journey at SunPower where she was the Vice President of Customer Care, leading teams in Customer Service and Technical Support. Prior to that she lead teams at Wayfair and Amazon, where she spent 7 years, most recently as the Customer Service Director for Amazon Web Services. Nuala graduated from the University of Applied Sciences in Kempten, Germany with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and International Marketing.

My work in corporate sustainability primarily focused on energy, waste and water management as well as stakeholder engagement. I have been an adjunct professor and instructor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Rochester Institute of Technology and University of Alabama, and have an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School and an MFA in Imaging Arts & Sciences from Rochester Institute of Technology.

He previously served as a senior executive with Washington Mutual Bank’s Commercial Division — where he launched a $2 billion business line, as Head of Product for Bank of the West, and as SVP with financial services provider, Account Now. In the solar industry, he transformed the global customer acquisition strategies for SunPower. Ray holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University.

Outside of work, Max enjoys anything that gets him outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Since a young age, he’s always had an arm/leg in some type of creative outlet as well- whether it’s cooking, woodworking, photography, and music. A fifteen-year veteran of the solar industry, he co-founded the residential and light commercial business at SunPower and developed a $500 million global enterprise. He previously held executive leadership positions at Clean Power Research, enerG2 and Solar Depot (Soligent). He holds degrees in Physics and Public Policy from Stanford, and Economics and Law from Harvard University.

I try to embody nonviolence in my words and actions. I love teach nonviolent communication to anyone interested, and using it to de-escalate and connect with both customers and colleagues.

Michael Stottlemyre (He/Him)

Michael has been a leader in the energy sector since 2006 and in solar fleet and portfolio management since 2013. Prior to joining Omnidian as Director of Relationship Management, he held leadership positions at Cadmus Energy Services Group and Vela Environmental. Running Spruce’s Field Operations Department, he oversaw the performance of 30,000-plus residential and commercial solar assets, decreased cost of service by 20% and helped secure more than $125 million in new project financing. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Western Washington University as well as an MBA and MA in International Environmental Policy from Middlebury.

WHO AM I REALLY?:

I am a lifelong learner who brings passion and dedication to all of my (too many) pursuits. I have over 20 years of experience in all aspects of product, marketing, and sales strategy and operations. Before joining Omnidian, I spent 15 years at a rapidly scaling design and manufacturing company in the building products industry. Helping organizations to scale effectively and grow successfully is one of my superpowers. I always want to be where I can make the biggest impact, which is why I love being at the hub of activity in the Product team.

WHAT MATTERS MOST TO ME:

Living a balanced life filled with family, friends, the outdoors, creative pursuits, and giving back — extra points for combining as many of these together as possible! And above all, the health of our planet. I am grateful to have the opportunity to combat climate change by accelerating the adoption of renewable energy at Omnidian, and as an avid paddle boarder, I am passionate about protecting and restoring our oceans.

WHO AM I, REALLY

I love being outdoors, practicing yoga, watching sports, and listening to music…anything from James Taylor to Calibre to Wu Tang Clan. I also deeply love dogs, even though I’m waiting a few years before getting my own. For now, I steal my parent’s Vizsla, (Crazy) Cabi, and my brother’s English Bulldog, Gus (the Bus). I also love traveling with my girlfriend. Montreal, Sonoma, and London in the rearview and looking ahead to Ireland this Spring.

A Stanford University alumni with a MS & BS in Mechanical Engineering, David has a deep background in solar operations, including building and running the nation’s second largest residential fleet. Before co-founding Omnidian, Dave was Senior Director at SunRun, managing and leading the second largest leased residential fleet in the world — including field operations, quality assurance, systems performance and field service network. He has over 12 years of solar and clean tech experience at Sunrun, Metrus Energy and MMA Renewable Ventures. Now, David is the visionary behind our proprietary analytical platform. His vision for our proprietary technology garnered the attention and support of the Department of Energy, resulting in a significant grant supporting the “accelerated development of highly impactful solar technologies.”
