After starting his career at PwC, Jordan spent the last 7 years building global finance and accounting functions for technology enabled service businesses, most notably with Remitly. Jordan holds an active CPA license in the state of Washington and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California.

Dana Hansen

Before coming to Omnidian, Dana spent 5 years working in higher education. She is passionate about helping individuals 1-1 while simultaneously solving systemic problems. During her tenure at Omnidian, Dana has spearheaded the Proactive, Technical, and Customer support teams. She oversees internal and external alert notifications for Omnidian’s entire residential fleet and provides technical expertise for the Customer Support Team. She holds a BA in Earth and Space Sciences from the University of Washington, as well as a MBA in Sustainable Business and a Certificate in Sustainable Energy Solutions from Presidio Graduate School.

Brian Johnston

Brian has developed and led sales teams in solar and technology for more than 10 years. Before joining Omnidian, Brian developed consultative training programs and ran a residential sales team at one of the largest solar companies in the country at the time. He most recently was VP Sales at Dividend Finance, and was responsible for growing and managing partner relationships. He has directly managed over $1 billion of residential solar deployments during his time in the industry. He holds a BS in Business Management from California State University.

Ben Compton

Ben spearheads Omnidian’s expansion in the Commercial & Industrial market. He is extremely enthusiastic about Omnidian’s revolutionary performance assurance approach after 2 decades’ experience in the operations of solar assets. In 2001 Ben established the O&M/Customer Service Department at PowerLight, the pioneering firm later acquired by SunPower. At the start, he serviced the two largest PV systems in the US – a whopping 1MW each – growing coverage to over $1B of assets in 6 years. He has held leadership positions at Suntech, meteocontrol NA, and SolPatrol, and business development roles at PV Pros, MaxGen, and Enphase Energy. Ben holds an MS in Renewable Energy Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BA in Computer Science from Brown University.

Yoseff Tucker

Before serving as Omnidian’s Head of Ops, Yoseff led SolarCity’s Diagnostics Department and cofounded the Operations and Maintenance Department. He oversaw monitoring operations for 370,000-plus residential and commercial energy assets, acted as point on investor relations and due diligence surrounding asset performance, and managed a committee that improved SolarCity’s energy forecasting tools. Yoseff also worked as an electrician, installing grid-tied and off-grid solar power systems, and spent time as a systems administrator for an Internet service provider.

Chris Hinton

Racking up 12 years of know-how from his involvement in sophisticated, utility-scale projects at Sempra Renewables and Avangrid Renewables, Chris now leads all of our commercial enterprises. He’s committed to Omnidian’s visionary approach to fleet management and upholds our guarantee of performance assurance and returns on lost energy for project investors and customers. As Vice President of Commercial Products, Chris is expanding Omnidian’s performance assurance services to accelerate capital deployed into commercial and community solar sectors. He earned a graduate certificate in Applied Energy Economics and Policy and a Bachelor of Science degree at Portland State University.

Rob Goehrke

He began his career with AmeriCorps, focused on environmental education and youth development in high-poverty neighborhoods. This commitment to authentic impact for both people and planet continued through his career. With a Psychology degree from Yale and a Sustainability MBA from Presidio, Robbie coaches our talented front-line team to provide amazing customer experience while preparing a diverse internal talent pipeline for our growth. He is trained in the practice of nonviolent communication, which helps our team de-escalate even the most intense situations through empathy and understanding.

Jason Feng

Jason is responsible for the growth of Omnidian’s Commercial & Industrial Dealer Channel. He has spent 15 plus years successfully building out Dealer Programs and capturing market-share for leading solar firms such as PowerLight, SunPower, and Suniva. Most recently Jason led commercial solar asset financing and acquisitions through Channel Partners on behalf of Standard Solar, a renewable asset division of a multi-billion-dollar North American utility company. Jason is excited to equip commercial dealers with Omnidian’s purpose-built technology and relentless focus on customer service to accelerate growth in the C&I solar market. Jason holds a degree from the University of California, Berkeley.

Ray Szylko

As co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Omnidian, Ray is responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. With over 24 years of executive leadership experience and a track record for identifying and forging strategic alliances, he most recently served as Managing Director of Advisory in Financial Services for KPMG. He previously served as a senior executive with Washington Mutual Bank’s Commercial Division — where he launched a $2 billion business line, as Head of Product for Bank of the West, and as SVP with financial services provider, Account Now. In the solar industry, he transformed the global customer acquisition strategies for SunPower. Ray holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and an undergraduate degree in Business Economics and Public Policy from Indiana University.

Cedric is an industry pioneer and authority on solar asset management and operations & maintenance. After helping build SunEdison’s asset management business, he founded SOLICHAMBA to deliver consulting and market intelligence services to a variety of clients including solar project developers, equipment manufacturers, O&M providers, and investors. He also authored the industry’s most trusted market reports in partnership with GTM Research, a Wood MacKenzie business. Born in France, Cedric holds an MS in Engineering from IMT Atlantique and an MBA from the University of Nantes.

Shifali Gupta

Shifali is responsible for managing existing and developing new residential products for Omnidian. Prior to joining Omnidian as Product Manager, Shifali first led the O&M residential solar performance analytics team and then managed multiple $100 million+ solar tax equity funds at SolarCity (now Tesla). She is passionate about entrepreneurship and has consulted with early stage startups across the U.S. and Africa. She holds a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Columbia University as well as an MBA from Northwestern University.

Barrett Miles

Barrett is a seasoned solar partnership builder. He relishes learning about new equipment, technology, and the nuances of the thriving solar industry. He has led business development efforts in New England for CED Greentech. His professional path led him to join one of the top solar lenders, Mosaic, in 2017 where he forged and supported partnerships across the Northeast and Midwest. He currently serves on the board of the Solar Energy Business Association of New England (SEBANE). He works tirelessly for his partners to ensure the highest level of service.

Justin Sherman

Before coming onboard as Director of Service Network, Justin spent more than five years working in the Natural Resources Defense Council’s Forestry Program. He managed Sungevity’s Field Service Project Management Department and coordinated service solutions for a fleet of more than 25,000 interconnected PV systems. His efforts to expand the Operations and Maintenance service network by providing national coverage and support reduced average service costs by 25%. He holds a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from Penn State.

Leah Kyle

Since graduating from Western University with a B.A. in Industrial Organized Psychology, Leah has amassed more than 20 years of HR leadership experience and is an ICF Certified Coach. At Omnidian, she works closely with the executive team to foster a workplace culture where creativity and collaboration lead to market breakthroughs and career-defining growth. Her primary focus is in advancing strategic human resources initiatives consistent with the organization’s mission and values. Eric Seifert

Eric comes to Omnidian with an extensive background in developing streamlined end user reporting solutions and analytical data warehouses supporting executives across FP&A, accounting, payroll, and tax. Prior to joining Omnidian, Eric spent 5 years developing end user reporting platforms supporting Target Corporation’s internal merchandising, FP&A, accounting, stores, and tax organizations leveraged by 500+ weekly internal team members. He also led the engineering design and automation of key reporting directly leveraged directly by Target’s C level executives as well as data supported through Target’s 10-Q report. Eric currently leads Omnidian’s data strategy roadmap and business intelligence platform supporting executives across the entire business.

Jesse Waters

Prior to becoming Director of Commercial Operations, Jesse spent the beginning of his career as an IBEW C&I Journeyman Electrician, and received his formal electrical training through the NJATC apprenticeship program. With his passion for the environment and the electrical industry, Jesse naturally found Solar PV and dove right in. During his 12 year tenure, Jesse has not only walked in the footsteps of the PV technicians performing services first hand, but has also led crews of technicians on a national level, co-developed the O&M department for Vanguard Energy Partners, was a former Adjunct Professor with Northampton Community College teaching PV System Installation & Design, and most recently was the Director of Operations for PV Pros, Inc. Jesse’s first-hand experience in all aspects of the O&M Service Industry allows him to creatively develop & support Omnidian’s Commercial Services to fit the needs of not only our clients, internal team, but also the technicians performing services in the field. His approach & philosophy is to have a system owner’s mindset when developing & refining Omnidian’s Commercial Services, as to better serve our customers.

As our Senior Vice President of Engineering, Jeff brings more than two decades of experience in engineering and leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies. During his 11-year tenure at Microsoft, he was instrumental to the vision and development of Sway, one of the company’s fastest growing Microsoft Office products to date with 4 million monthly customers. Jeff also spent seven years at Amazon, where he was instrumental in transforming the user interface and software design architecture. Throughout his career, Jeff has prioritized the need to grow people and technologies that support the business. He holds a BS in Computer Science from the University of Washington.

After joining the Omnidian team as a Portfolio Operations Manager, she flourished along with the growth of the commercial side of the company and quickly became the Manager of Commercial Operations. She possesses leadership and communication skills to effectively deliver training for the teams ongoing professional development. Jessica currently leads a growing team of Portfolio Operations Managers who are directly tied to the success of the commercial client experience. She prides herself on facilitating a fun and lighthearted work environment and in her free time enjoys traveling and outdoor activities.

Prior to joining Omnidian as Director of Relationship Management, he held leadership positions at Cadmus Energy Services Group and Vela Environmental. Running Spruce’s Field Operations Department, he oversaw the performance of 30,000-plus residential and commercial solar assets, decreased cost of service by 20% and helped secure more than $125 million in new project financing. He holds a BS in Environmental Science from Western Washington University as well as an MBA and MA in International Environmental Policy from Middlebury.

Wolf Logan

Wolf brings formidable experience in system design and mentorship to Omnidian. In over thirty years of industry experience in companies ranging from the very small to the very large, he’s built foundational software architecture for start-ups and influenced technology strategy at Microsoft and Google. David Kenny

A Stanford University alumni with a MS & BS in Mechanical Engineering, David has a deep background in solar operations, including building and running the nation’s second largest residential fleet. Before co-founding Omnidian, Dave was Senior Director at SunRun, managing and leading the second largest leased residential fleet in the world — including field operations, quality assurance, systems performance and field service network. He has over 12 years of solar and clean tech experience at Sunrun, Metrus Energy and MMA Renewable Ventures. Now, David is the visionary behind our proprietary analytical platform. His vision for our proprietary technology garnered the attention and support of the Department of Energy, resulting in a significant grant supporting the “accelerated development of highly impactful solar technologies.”

Mark Liffmann

Mark Liffmann is co-founder and CEO of Omnidian — the nation’s first performance assurance provider for residential and commercial solar systems. A fifteen-year veteran of the solar industry, he co-founded the residential and light commercial business at SunPower and developed a $500 million global enterprise. Before joining our team, Caroline was a Director in RBC Capital Markets’ Investment Banking division, a Vice-President for Tudor, Pickering, Holt & Co. and Strategy and Merger & Acquisition Coordinator for Veritas DGC and CGGVeritas. She has led and participated in more than 100 financings, mergers, acquisitions and board advisory projects, representing billions in transaction values. She holds an MS in Management Science and Engineering from Stanford University and an MS and Diplome d’ingenieur from Ecole Polytechnique.
